The American Justice System is……………

Here is a little something to think about today. Is it odd or weird that here in America Plaxico Burress can possible get a 3 year jail sentence for shooting himself by accident. How about  MikeVick doing 2 years in Leavenworth Federal Prison for bank rolling dog fights at a house that he owned. Think hard about Dauntee Stallworth doing 30 days in the county lockup after hitting and killing a pedestrian (a human being), while he was driving drunk. I don’t know, but there is something a little off about all of this. That is some to say about that.

  1. On September 18, 1787, as Benjamin Franklin emerged from the meeting, at the close of the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia where our Constitutional Republic was formed, Mrs. Powell directly asked him, “Well, Doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy?” Mr. Franklin responded, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

  2. It is impossible to obey, honor, sustain or comply with the law if you do not know what it is, it is also impossible to win this battle for our survival if you do not learn the law and apply it. I would like to see the people of our nation rally together for the purposes of: legally and lawfully getting what appears to be government back under control, out of our pocketbook and off from our back; eliminating any need for taxation and getting our nation’s monetary system (gold and silver coin) back in full operation; having our natural sovereignty recognized and our rights secured against governmental trespass; getting foreign powers out of control of our country; and getting our Constitutional Republic back.

    • That is exactly what it is, each judge has their own perception of justce. The standard is thought to be the Constituion, local and state laws. Key word is thought; perception is used more times than not when it comes to the law. The prime example is our Surpreme Court. Ever judge who sits in those seats have their own PERCEPTION of the Constituion.

    • And even that is an under statement. I believe sometimes justice is used and sometimes some obscure scale is put in to use to show justice is perception not just tangeble sight of what is and what was and what is to be. What did I just say?

  4. Our justice system is a little off. I guess it depends on the circumstances and the location. The politicians in New York were really vocal about Plaxico not just getting a slap on the hand for this. Politicians here in Atlanta, might not have really cared much about it. I also think that these are public figures who make lots of money at what some would call playing. There may be a little jealousy there too. I just think that there are so many contingencies in this situation that its almost impossible to juxtapose them on the same level.
